We deliver immediately after receipt of your payment or your voucher check.

Usually we charge the following postage (postage + a low packaging flat rate).
 

We will inform you about the postage in the confirmation of order, where we also can include your special wishes concerning the dispatch (EMS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc.).

If a loss or damage during transport should occur, it is insured by the transporter and has to be reported to him or us in written form within 24 hours.

Cash on delivery is only possible in Germany and Austria.

On cash on delivery we additionally to the postage for an insured package we charge a flat rate of € 7,00.

Arranged delivery dates or delivery dates desired by the customer are hold if possible, but generally they stay not binding.
