General:
The following business conditions are valid for all commercial transactions with our customers. Placing of orders means that these conditions are accepted. Bargais that change these business conditions do not become valid, before we confirm them in written form.

Offers:
The prices, amounts and delivery times of all offers are subject to confirmation, and subject to being unsold. We take effort to keep our assortment up-to-date.

Technical conditions of used devices:

Ordering:
You can order via telephone or via e-mail or in our online shop with our order form. In our shop in Salzburg Weiserstr. 28 you can also pay down and pick up the goods personally.
Business hours: Tuesday-Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
After appointment we also open at other times for our customers.

Prices:
Our prices are gross prices including the currently valid VAT. VAT is included in the price, but CANNOT be declared, as for used items it is calculated not from the price but from the profit. Thus it also CANNOT be set off against tax liability. On delivery within the EU 20% VAT is becoming due to the articles marked with "*".

Dispatch:
We carafully pack mailings, so that with usual treatment by the transporter damaging of the product can be excluded. If a loss or damage during transport should occur, it is insured by the transporter and has to be reported to him or us in written form within 24 hours.
For EMS-, Fedex- or UPS-shipment we only charge the actual postage + a packaging flat rate of 1,- €.

Payment:
Delivery is done via COD, or after previous payment per check or bank transfer.

Banking account:
You will be informed about the banking account (depending on the site of the customer) along with the confirmation of order.
 
Cancelation *):
The customer can cancel his order without giving reasons. This cancelation can be done in written form or by sending back the delivered products to our address as stated on the account within eight calendar days. This period starts with the receipt of the product at the customer including a special instruction on the cancelation. The dispatch within the period guarantees the ensuring of the period. Even if the cancelation is done in written form, the customer is obliged to send back the product within this period.
In the case of a cancelation the customer has to pay for all costs such as postage and eventual bank charges.
Please always send the returns "CARRIAGE PAID", i.e. you have to pay for the postage, as "CARRIAGE FORWARD" packages will not be accepted.
If the customer is responsible for an aggravation, destruction or any other impossibility of a return of a product, he has to compensate for the value or decline of value.
The customer also is liable for a damage of the product because of improper shipment. The customer has to return the product complete with all contents of the packaging, unused, undamaged and in undamaged original packaging.

Warranty:
All articles from our offerings, where the greater part is older than 25 years, are regarded as collector's items and so we assume no guarantee for them. From our experience we know, that in the best-preserved collector's items there may be hidden material defects and malfunctions, that can be overlooked in spite of all effort to serve you with reliable information about the condition of the item.

BUT: We grant you the ultimate right of cancelation within 8 days after receipt of the product *). Without ifs and buts, without any explanation you can return the delivered product to us, and we will refund you the purchase price less postage and eventual bank charges.
